Platforms - Basics of Process Control Systems
(This would
be a DCS like environment in off the shelf PLC’s) This
session will cover Proficy Process Systems. We will cover
the hardware and software to provide process control for continuous and
hybrid process applications. Control systems engineers and
technicians will learn to integrate tools they need to design, implement,
document, and maintain a process system. Application are in continuous
process control strategies and utilities typically associated with DCS
systems, yet at a traditional HMI/PLC solution openness, flexibility, &
price structure.

Using Advanced
Network Technologies in Process Control Systems Learn how you can leverage process network technologies to optimize
your plant availability and maintenance.
This session provides an overview of the available process network
technologies in the market, including HART, Profibus-PA, Foundation Fieldbus,
and EtherNet/IP. Live demonstrations
will be conducted to illustrate how Endress & Hauser and Rockwell
Automation can help you reduce integration costs and maximize the
capabilities of your process control system using these process network
technologies.
