Classes usually start between 8:30 and 9:00 am, ending about 4:00 pm.  Break snacks, drinks, as well as lunch are included in the course fee.  Most courses are given in a PowerPoint format and a course manual is included in a binder whenever possible.  ISA NorCal Section members receive a reduced rate for these classes that typically will run about $75 for a one day class with some of the lab classes costing a little more because the facility rental fee is higher.

The one day class fee for non-members is typically $125.  Non-members will have the option of applying $50 toward the $85 ISA annual membership fee.  Non-members will be added to the NorCal ISA Transmitter newsletter mailing list for one year.

The CCST class is a three session class reviewing topics in preparation for the CCST exam.  The exam will be held at Cal Maritime Academy on February 29. The anticipated cost of the class will be $150 for ISA members, and $225 for non-members (subject to change once the sign-up is opened.)  For more information on the CCST program see: CCST info on WWW.ISA.ORG

If you have suggestions for additional courses please let us know.

Education is one of the most important services the NorCal section can provide. We rely on our members to teach these classes. The Section will typically pay $200 to a qualified instructor for teaching an eight hour class. Think you know your stuff, but arn't ready to teach the class yet? Audit a class, and see if you can teach it next time. If you are interested in these, or other future classes, please contact Robbie Jackson.

All classes will be held at:
