Text for ads should be submitted in Microsoft Word format with all fonts identified. Pictures and other graphics should be in TIF format. All text and graphics should be sent as separate files in addition to the complete ad in Microsoft Publisher 2000. CMES, Inc. will layout predesigned ads for a nominal fee if they cannot be readily inserted into Microsoft Publisher 2000.
Submission deadline is the 18th of the month preceeding the publication date.
